Developed to tap into growing demand for globally inspired flavours, Dawn’s Flavour Passport offers bakers a year-long journey through international bakery cultures. Each month, the campaign will spotlight a different country, exploring the flavours, formats and traditions that define its bakery heritage, alongside a brand-new recipe inspired by that destination.

The Flavour Passport journey begins in Sweden, where baking traditions are rooted in comfort, warmth and understated indulgence. Dawn’s Application Chefs have created a Swedish Apple & Cinnamon Knot, inspired by classic Nordic flavours and handcrafted bakery aesthetics.
