STORY: Patisserie Valerie raises more than £16K for Ukraine

National baking and artisan coffee brand Patisserie Valerie has raised £16,778 for the Disasters Emergency Committee’s (DEC) Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal.

Patisserie Valerie donated £1 from every online order received between 14 March until 29 April 2022. The significant sum raised will go towards supporting the DEC charities in Ukraine and neighbouring countries, meeting the needs of all refugees and those displaced by the ongoing crisis, by providing food, water, shelter, healthcare and protection. 

“The ongoing crisis in Ukraine is devastating and supporting those affected is extremely important to us," says James Fleming, Patisserie Valerie Group CEO.

"We extend our thanks to our loyal customers who have helped us raise an impressive sum of over £16,000 which will help to provide vital supplies to the people of Ukraine”.
