Baker & Baker Launches Pistachio Doughnut in Premium Range Refresh
Baker & Baker has kicked off its 2026 product development pipeline with a new Pistachio Vanilla Doughnut, launching alongside a full refresh of its Black Label premium range. The update includes a modernised logo, new tagline, and distinctive packaging, designed to strengthen the brand’s appeal in both retail and foodservice channels across Europe.
The Pistachio Vanilla Doughnut taps into current flavour trends, combining a smooth vanilla and pistachio cream filling with a topping of crunchy pistachio pieces and white chocolate. The result is a visually striking, indulgent treat aimed at the premium segment.
The wider Black Label range spans more than 40 sweet bakery items, including muffins, cookies, doughnuts, and laminated pastries.
