Andrew Pyne, Chief Executive, Federation of Bakers commented: “We’re proud to have the support of so many highly regarded speakers from such important organisations, with a keen focus on food. I think it demonstrates recognition of the importance the Baking Industry has as a key food sector. I’m not surprised the Baking Forum has captured everyone’s attention as a new event.”

Andrew continued:” Covering many of the hot topics, with sustainability as the underlying theme, we can look forward to discussions including innovation, energy, labour, sustainability and the economic and political environment for food manufacturing, and much more. There should be plenty for everyone to get their teeth into, and with the added benefit of bringing the baking industry together under one roof, it’s an event not to miss!

The day will conclude with a 1920’s themed dinner in The Queens art deco ballroom.
