Brook Food expands business

Brook Food Processing Equipment has expanded its business by opening a dedicated asset disposal division.

The service offered has increased in recent years with Brook winning contracts to remove machinery from industrial and multiple sites during restructures, closing and replacement schemes.

The new formalised department with dedicated personnel, logistics and vehicle fleet have offered more and more informal on-site sales throughout recent years, with notable sites including Avana, Maison Blanc and Baltazhar.
