Paul Hollywood sourdough multigrain rolls

Carrs Foods has launches a part-baked sourdough multigrain roll to its Paul Hollywood Ready to Bake brand.

The new rolls are made with a slow fermented sourdough that has been fermented for 20 hours and delivers a mild flavour.

Carrs Foods, has secured listings for its Paul Hollywood Ready to Bake products in Sainsbury’s stores nationwide.

The range also includes crusty and multi-seed rolls (six pack); Ready to Bake Rustic Rolls (four pack), and a Ready to Bake Rustic Loaf.
