CSM fills its boots with new range
CSM Bakery Solutions has announced the launch of four new Craigmillar Ready to Use Fillings. Available in a luxury chocolate, vanilla with visible vanilla pods, lemon and fruity raspberry, it says they’re “very easy to use, and can simply be applied directly from the pail and injected straight into freshly baked goods”.
As well as the obvious doughnut and muffin uses, the fillings can also be used as sauces for desserts or ice creams, as well as toppings for cakes and pastries. They are also freeze and thaw stable.
CSM adds: “One of the latest trends is injected ring doughnuts, meaning there is plenty of opportunity for bakers to use fillings to bring innovation and added value to their offering.”
