Bread Ahead announces international bakery school launch

The Bread Ahead International Bakery School will open its doors in London this September, it was announced today.

Aimed at tourists, as well as expats living in and around London, the Bread Ahead International Bakery School will offer a variety of the company’s most popular baking workshops to anyone who wants to learn how to bake, but does not have English as a first language.

Classes on offer will include Introduction to Sourdough, Introduction to English Baking, Bread Bakery Workshop and Doughnut Masterclass which will be taught in four languages including Italian, French, Japanese and Russian, with Chinese soon to follow.

During the courses, students will be able to develop their own skills, knowledge and expertise learning from Bread Ahead’s expert teachers, as well as take home a bag full of delicious own-baked treats.

To celebrate the launch, Bread Ahead will be holding an open day at the site on Pavilion Road, Chelsea, on Saturday 20th September.
