STORY: PAUL launches Christmas range

London chain PAUL bakery is bringing back its festive range on 5th November.

This year it will once again include the turkey favourite, Dinde de Noël, the new Festive Pig Sandwich, the Camembert Cracker, the new All About the Sprout vegan sandwich and The Winter Salad.

Dinde de Noël (£4.65) – Voted the best Christmas sandwich in London by Time Out for three consecutive years, the Dinde de Noël is back by popular demand. The freshly-baked artisan sage and onion baguette, studded with cranberries, is loaded with sliced turkey, smoky bacon and spinach, and topped with rich cream cheese and horseradish sauce.

The Festive Pig Sandwich (£4.65) – Pigs in blankets are tucked inside in a crusty bacon & onion baguette with brussel sprouts, chargrilled red onion, topped with a plum and balsamic chutney. After three successful years of fundraising for The Felix Project, PAUL has partnered with the London-based charity for another year to donate 50p from each Festive Pig Sandwich sold, “in a bid to spread festive cheer to those that need it most”.

All About the Sprout (£4.25) & The Winter Salad (£4.95) – This year’s festive vegan sandwich is a colourful combination of hummus, roasted brussel sprouts, spinach, pickled red cabbage, grilled carrots and chestnuts with orange jam and old English chutney, generously piled into a freshly baked cranberry, onion and sage baguette. Or, for a lighter treat, bypass the bread and enjoy as a salad.

Camembert Cracker (£4.25) – A toastie made with French sourdough bread, generously filled with creamy camembert and a sweet caramelised onion marmalade – a winner for winter!

Available until 24th December, the limited-edition Christmas collection will be available in all PAUL shops, to eat-in or grab on the go.
