STORY: Bridor adds to B’Break range

French bakery Bridor has introduced two additions to its convenience inspired B’Break range of hand-held snacking rolls. Both incorporate superfood ingredients recognised for their nutritional qualities.

It said in a release: “With 63% of 25-35-year olds replacing a meal with a snacking product due to a lack of time, B’Break is an ideal food to go solution throughout the day. These new products appeal to a wide range of businesses looking to provide indulgent yet nutritionally balanced bakery treats.”

At 70g each the two rolls (Apricot, Pistachio & Spelt; Fig, Almond & Buckwheat) have a soft crumb and a generous amount of add-ins, it added.

These latest additions join six existing B’Break recipes made with bread dough that follows the clean label approach: free of preservatives, additives and colourants.

Erwan Inizan, Bridor sales director UK, said: “Today’s consumers want products that can be eaten quickly but which are also healthy and can be consumer in line with their busy lifestyle. The latest B’Break recipes are designed to satisfy all these requirements. Small yet satisfying, these easy to carry breads are perfect for keeping hunger at bay at any time of day.”

Supplied frozen, the B’Break range is fully baked and comes packed in units of 40 pieces per box.
