STORY: Ginger Bakers launches new summer tart

Ginger Bakers has added to its product portfolio of fruitcakes, traybakes, loaf cakes and seasonal cakes with a new Lemon & Blackcurrant Blondie Tart.
The summer snack has been made with a buttery sweet pastry case, which has been filled with a generous layer of blackcurrant jam, lemon blondie made with Amalfi’s finest lemons, topped with fresh blackcurrants, and finished with a drizzle of white Belgian chocolate.
The new tarts are available for consumers to buy in a box of four, which can be ordered direct for home delivery Ginger Bakers' website (priced at £12.00 + p&p) or purchased direct from selected Ginger Bakers retailers across the UK.
