STORY: Lovingly Artisan launches two new tin loaves

Lovingly Artisan Bakery, a business based in the Lake District and Manchester, has added two new tin loaves to its range.

The first addition is a Malted Barley Tin, an adaptation of Lovingly Artisan’s much-loved award-winning boule. Both formats are carefully made by blending roasted barley sourced from Warminster Maltings into a sourdough porridge. This ancient process adds real texture and taste to the loaf and gives it an incredible depth of flavour.

The second addition is completely new to the Lovingly Artisan’s bread shop counters and that’s their 72 Hour Einkorn. This whole grain sourdough has been crafted with the world’s oldest ancient grain; Einkorn. Combining this wonderful grain with traditional sourdough methods delivers a loaf that’s brim full of flavour.

"Our two new tin loaves have been designed to be placed at the centre of every table, to add interest to mealtimes and deliver taste, texture and flavour, while being healthy and nutritious," says Aidan Monks, the bakery's co-founder.

"They’re the perfect accompaniment to family mealtimes and the ideal addition to the range of Lovingly Artisan breads, made with the same high-quality ingredients and attention to detail that you our customers rightly expect.’’
