STORY: St. Pierre launches mini brioche buns
St. Pierre’s new Brioche Mini Buns have been created for caterers looking to serve up quality sharer plates, sliders and tasting portions.
The new buns have the same texture as the brand’s core brioche range, but are now available in a new, multipack, mini format.
Perfect for sweet and savoury dishes, hot or cold, the golden, soft buns offer the distinctive shiny brioche glaze for visual appeal, with a rich, buttery taste. Like the rest of the St Pierre range, they are supplied ambient for the ultimate convenience and longer lasting freshness.
“We’re known for the quality of our brioche and after the success of our brioche bagels launch this year – a first for foodservice – we are pleased to be able to launch mini buns," says Scott Oakes, commercial manager for St. Pierre.
“All of our products are borne of insight – reviewing trends and understanding where the opportunities lie. The growth in popularity of tasting and sharing plates meant that the category was looking for a premium solution that we can offer as the UK’s best-tasting brioche.”
Recent hall tests earned St Pierre the title of ‘UK’S Best Tasting Brioche’ and the popular brioche range already includes Burger Buns, Seeded Burger Buns, Baguettes, Hot Dog Rolls, Bagels and Sliced Loaves.
