STORY: Ole & Steen launches new Brød of the Week campaign

All-day Danish nationwide bakery Ole & Steen is launching a new Brød of the Week campaign to raise awareness of its specialist summer Brøds (breads) in-store.

The new seasonal loaves of bread being added to Ole & Steen's award-winning line up include a Sønderjysk, a light rye with a mild malty flavour, a Christianshavner Loaf; a crisp crust with a moist crumb, baked with wheat flour and seeds, topped with oats, a Chia Rye Loaf and a Garlic & Herb Tear & Share, a soft and fluffy loaf similar to Japanese milk bread.

Each loaf is hand-made from scratch every night and baked fresh every morning by Ole & Steen's skilled bakers, who use traditional techniques and the best quality ingredients.

Ole & Steen is supporting the activity in-store with POS and recipe cards, which will be available to take-away, as well as social support across its Instagram channels.

The new loaves, priced from RRP £4.95, are available now in-store and via Deliveroo.

Ole & Steen has had a busy start to 2023, having doubled the number of its UK stores since 2020, bringing their total nationwide to 26.

Brød of the Week is part of the brand’s wider commitment to growth and trialling new concepts this year, which has also seen Ole & Steen introduce its Grab & Go concept for commuters at its Canary Wharf location.
