Dawn Foods has unveiled the next product in its authentic American Bakery range with the launch of a high-quality peanut butter, packed in 3kg packs suitable for the professional baker or caterer.

Dawn Balance Crunchy Peanut Butter taps into the current consumer interest for both American sweet bakery products and plant-based ingredients. Made with 100% peanuts, the peanut butter is packed with protein, fibre and only contains naturally occurring sugars.

Dawn Balance Peanut Butter can be used in many different baked and unbaked applications, not only to add texture but to add the distinctive creamy taste of peanut to products.

Peanut butter cuts through sweet flavours and pairs beautifully with Delifruit Strawberry Filling, for example, for the classic peanut butter and jelly American flavour.
